Shaping

I use a template to cut balsa strips into fixed length blocks. 

Here is the pic of template. It's very easy to make and easy to use, simply place the template on bandsaw and bring the wood in!

  

The next step is kind of boring. I also find a template is super useful. The template can be made out of anything, paper, card board, wood, etc. I use plastic sheet. It's easy to work with and fairly durable.

After hours of shaping, I got a full box of blanks!
